Terms & Conditions

For individual clients, we attempt to keep things simple, but we also want you to know what to expect. Therefore, by engaging our services, you agree to the following:

- GMFT Ventures LLC ("GMFT") is organized under the laws of the State of Florida. While we engage clients within and outside of Florida, Florida law applies to all client engagement, including arbitration for disputes.

- GMFT engages SOLELY by remote technology.

- NOTE: We do NOT engage international students at this time (this means outside of the United States of America, its territories, and outlying possessions).

- GMFT is generally closed on Sundays, holidays, and vacations; please check this site's "Blog and News" section for closures. If contacting us is urgent, please e-mail us your name, contact phone number, and a description of the issue, and we will reply within 24 hours.

- There is no requirement to establish an account with GMFT. However, if you enter your e-mail address or other information such as a phone number into ANY field of this site, you agree to receive electronic communication from us, including e-mails, phone calls, text messages, etc. of any type. Clients can contact us to unsubscribe at any time.

- After the initial 30-minute consultation, all future engagement is at the regular hourly rate. An initial one-hour engagement fee will be applied to the package cost if selected.

- There are no refunds on a single-hour engagement. Packages will be refunded on a pro-rated basis up to the third (3rd) session; after the fourth (4th) session, the maximum refund is $100.00 (one hundred dollars) or the remaining balance, whatever is less.

- GUARANTEE: If, after a minimum of 20 (TWENTY) sessions, the client has not progressed to a successfully submitted Chapter 1 during the candidacy phase (after all coursework is completed), GMFT will work with the client up to an additional three (3) months at no additional charge or until Chapter 1 is approved (NOTE: A copy of an e-mail from your chair rejecting Chapter 1 will be required).

- DISCLAIMER: We cannot foresee every situation that might preclude the client from completing the degree, including, but not limited to, personal or family illness, marital issues, work conflicts, inability to pay for the degree, conflicts with faculty, dismissal from the program, etc. In such circumstances, any refund will be discussed with the client to reach a fair resolution before arbitration.

- This is the entirety of the terms and conditions of engagement. No one other than GMFT can change any provision. GMFT reserves the right to change the agreement at anytime.

Terms with educational institutions and businesses, requests for speaking engagements, and clients involved in administrative proceedings or civil litigation are by contract only and will be discussed between us and the client.
